Q - Can I drive my car away the same day?
A - Yes. Most of our customers choose to drive their new car away the same day. If you wish to take advantage of this service, please bring the following:

Driving Licence (holders of photo ID licence must bring counterpart).
Utility bill (preferably home phone bill showing current address and dated within the last 3 months.
Proof of signature (Passport, Credit/switch card etc).
Last two wage slips.
Your part ex documents (if applicable) YOU MUST BRING YOUR LOG BOOK V5 IF YOU WISH TO PART EXCHANGE.

Q - How can I pay for my new car?
A - By whatever method suits you best. Use Maestro, debit or credit cards or save your cash and take advantage of one of our easy payment finance options.

Q - Do I need a deposit?
A - £99 is all you need.

Q - I have some outstanding finance on my current vehicle; can I still buy another car?
A - Yes, we can settle any outstanding finance (even if you owe more than your car’s value), often reducing your payments and upgrading your car with no cash needed.

Q - Can I have some cashback on my new car?
A - Many of our customers choose to take cashback as part of their new deal as a way of paying for Christmas or a holiday etc. Just ask one of our customer advisors for details.

Q - Can I arrange my finance before visiting?
A - Yes. To save you time when choosing your car, just call our dedicated finance team on 0870 027 0029 or click on Pre-approval to arrange your finance now.

Q - Can I get a warranty?
A - If you require we can provide 3,2 or 1 year AA warranties. Our warranties are very comprehensive, giving mechanical and electrical cover nationwide.

Q - Do I need to make an appointment to visit?
